These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the revistaelement.com website (the “Site”), operated by Element Media Corp. (“Revista Element,” “we”), with its registered office in Panama City, Republic of Panama. By browsing the Site, subscribing, commenting, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. You agree to use the Site lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you may not:

Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written authorization.

3. User Comments and Content

By posting a comment or submitting content to us, you represent that you are the author or that you have the right to share it, and you authorize us to publish it on the Site. Content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, unauthorized advertising, or that infringes on the rights of third parties is not permitted. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
